These missionary medical insurance plans are suitable for missionaries planning to live abroad for at least 1 year. Coverage is available to those who meet the guidelines set by Medical underwriting (Results from the most recent physical may be required). Apart from the usual benefits for hospitalization, intensive care, prescription drugs, office visits, preventive care and maternity benefits are available in some plans.
Missionary Health Insurance – Enrollment
Enrollments for the Short term Missionary travel insurance are instantaneous and simple. Coverage can be as early as the next day after you apply for coverage online. Enrollment for Global Coverage including your country of citizenship usually takes a minimum of 48 hours before coverage ca be issued as the applications go through underwriting.
